Help with Low Usage Detractor/Promoter Segment

Hello,

I’m seeking guidance on creating a segment for low-usage detractors/promoters. From what I understand, the graph in the NPS Module/section estimates that low-usage users fall within the 10th percentile of average usage (minutes per average account), for my users this equates to 2 minutes or less on the site per day.

I attempted to create a segment using the AND function, combining poll responses of 6 or below with a time on site of 2 minutes or less within the last day. However, when filtering by all-time visitors or last years visitors, I receive no results.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
