Pendo Designer failing to launch Version 2.276.0 Released May 12, 2025
Have recently run into problems launching the Pendo Designer for feature tagging. We haven't made any changes to our code but got upgraded to Version 2.276.0 Released May 12, 2025
In the console, it looks like there's an error in Pendo appsetup where it is looking for 'visitorIds' but finding null.
Everything seems to look okay from the perspective of pendo.validateInstall(), pendo.validateEnvironment()
Here's logged error info:
GET https://app.pendo.io/api/appsetup 401 (Unauthorized)

Hey Daniel,
This sounds like an issue better suited to a ticket with our Support team. I suggest filing one with as much info as you can provide. One thing to definitely include is if it resolves your issue if you set your agent version back to the previous 2.275.1 version. You can do this by going into your application's Agent Settings, clicking Settings, and switching the method to Manual.
