Drift integration notifying customers of messages?
Does anyone use the Drift integration? We considered it but at the time it didn't actually notify the user when we replied so we felt it would be a poor user experience.
I checked the integration today and I see this: "Prompt New Messages - show the user a prompt when a new message arrives"
Does anyone have any insight on what this actually does and any feedback on how they're liking the Drift integration overall?

I'll speak from the Pendo side about the Drift Integration, but welcome others to chime in about their experience using the integration for themselves!
The Drift integration currently does not display an alert on the Resource Center badge when a new chat comes in, but if a user has the Drift module open, with the session still open, they should hear the alert sound from Drift. This is due to the way we've got the Drift integration setup via iFrame currently.
There are plans to improve this integration, but there is no timeline to share at the moment. Hope this helps, but if you have further info to share about integrations or anything else with Pendo, please feel free to post!
