Ignore case in Segment rules?
The article on Segments indicates that text fields are case-sensitive. Is there anyway to override this behavior when creating a rule? We have some text-based data that sometimes is capitalized, sometimes not. We are not able fully capture the segment when some metadata is not picked up due to a difference in case.

Followed up with the product team and unfortunately there is not a workaround. You would have to add individual OR rules to account for different case text fields.
