Ignore case in Segment rules?

    Hi Eric Miller,

    Followed up with the product team and unfortunately there is not a workaround. You would have to add individual OR rules to account for different case text fields. 

    Again sorry for the update, but this will be good feedback for our product team to consider. Hope this helps.
