Is Pendo installed or Is it not?

The set up experience using segment is extremely confusing. I am being told that Pendo is installed and simultaneously asked to install it. Which one is it?

  • https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360046272771-Developer-s-Guide-To-Installing-the-Pendo-Snippet#VerifyingYourInstall

  You can follow the steps in this article if you are not seeing any data appear in your app with Pendo.
