how can I see custom metadata (that I've already sent in my app) - in the pendo website?

I sent data with custom metadata 'data' from my snippet,

I added the custom metadata 'data' to the 'Data Mapping' in 'Account section'

in the website.

but I can't seem to find the custom metadata anywhere in the website... can you tell me where I can find it?

Is no metadata appearing for you since your setup on the Visitors or Accounts reports? From your description, it appears you've done the necessary steps to add the custom metadata types in your pendo snippet, but here are the two articles I recommend to double check if necessary:
