    The follow up message can be adjusted based on response and you can also segment a guide based on response. 

    Easiest way would be to do the following:

    Using the score-based follow up question instead of having a success message within NPS, add a guide that is activated off of their score to immediately trigger the relevant thank you, rate us, etc.

    This could also be done through custom code or a g2 integration
