AccessDenied when trying to download pendo.js

Pasted the snippet and init code into a page. Pendo does not get initialized so checking the sources in the dev tools Network tab, I see that I'm getting a 403 error for Pendo.js to the url:

Can I load the pendo.js locally or can someone suggest a workaround?
