Ability to Schedule Visitor Reports?
Hi All!
I do a lot of monthly reporting on users within our platform, and do so by pulling monthly exports of my segments with relevant dimensions. While it isn't too cumbersome for me to pull this report once per month, is there any functionality that allows me to schedule - or even save - reports/exports? Or at least a repository of past reports I pulled? I know we can create "Account Reports" but that isn't what I would need here, since I'm looking for exporting reporting to Excel (I.e. CSVs).
If I'm missing something silly here, let me know, but I'd love to see this functionality if possible! Manipulating data outside of Pendo - with the data available in Pendo - would supercharge my reporting needs!

I believe the Visitor and Account reports would be the functionality that most closely matches your ask. As a note, you can download your Visitor or Account reports to CSV while viewing them within Pendo by using the option in the top-right of the UI. There you will also notice a "Subscribe" button - this will set it so that Pendo will Email you a copy of the report on Monday of each week.
The only other option that comes to mind would be to use Pendo to use our API to potentially pull the data in the format you would like. This might give a bit more speed and flexibility to how you can pivot between your Segments, but is a bit more technical in nature.

Thanks for the reply here! You are right, the visitor report gets me closest to what I need, and the subscribe option works a-ok (it would be awesome if you could choose the cadence - daily, weekly, etc. - when the report is emailed to you).
We are working on API setup right now, which I agree with you, gives us the flexibility we'd need here. Regardless, in the meantime, your suggestions should work a-ok for our needs.
