Pendo is installed but Designer does not load

Installed Pendo via Google Tag Manager on Friday and we can see data coming through as Raw Events and into the Dashboard.

Tried to go to the Features to tag them but the Pendo Designer doesn't load on my App.

According to console 'Pendo is not defined' ?

Any help is gratefully received.
