Ignore "0 second" visitors from Segment

On individual pages I am seeing A LOT of visitors that have "0 seconds" of activity. My guess is these are bots or other visitors that don't actually need to be tracked.

Essentially I am trying to use these segments to track conversion rates, but don't care about visitors that view the site for "0 seconds".
