Using Guides to Solicit Research Participants
The help documentation indicates not, but I want to be sure I'm reading things right -- Anyone know if it is possible to activate a guide based on activity? IE we want to show a guide asking a user to participate in research, but we want to target that guide based on usage - high frequency usage, low frequency usage, usage of certain parts of the app, etc.
It appears we cannot create segments based on this data, but I wondered if we could have guides activate based on this.
Another example might be having a guide show when certain behavior occurs, IE a user drops from a funnel, a user does something x times and fails, etc.

You are able to segment guides based on activity and frequency data within Pendo. Please follow the steps below:
The screenshot below is how Pendo defines High, Medium and Low frequency users. This will help define the segment you will target in your research guide.
Next navigate to the segmentation portion of our platform (People > Segments) to create a segment. You will want to filter based on # of days actives and build out your segment according to the criteria above. Below is a screen shot of a segment for High Frequency Users:
