Move to different page depending on user seletion

In a multi step guide user is provided with three options and depending on the selection a different page with different fields will be shown. How can we create a single guide which has steps for all the scenarios.

• First 3 steps are common for all, then user is provided a choice:

• Depending on user selection a separate page is shown. If user selects the default choice "Team" fields based on team is shown, similarly if user selects Multi Team or enterprise team , different fields are shown.
• This guide will be an automatic guide, showing when the user first time clicks on Add a Team button. So we cannot create separate guides.
• Looking for a solution urgently.
