Resource Center Search Feature
Hello! Is there a way to edit the Resource Center so that a Search field appears at the top of the Resource Center window, instead of having to click on the Guide Module? Our end-users are educators and we want to provide them with the simplest path to finding self-service help on demand. Not many of them know they can search within the Guides Module.

There may be an option here with custom code, but I don't think it is something you can add standard. The approach I have seen taken in the past is to adjust the Title or SubTitle for the Guides List module to say something like "Search for Guidance" to try and catch their eye. You can also use standard emoji characters to visually grab attention to imply the search functionality. In the example below, I used the 'Right-pointing Magnifying Glass' emoji (🔎).
Hey Greg, I like how the emoji in your example is just shades of grey. (is it the Blue one you mentioned in your comment, with some kinda css applied?) thank you
This is a great question that I am far from an expert on, unfortunately! I believe the exact emoji image displayed is affected by the context of your browser. So my version of that Emoji displays as in the screenshot as it does in my comment. However, your system may display a slightly different version in my comment vs in the screenshot since the comment is dynamic. I often use Emojipedia to looking up fun, new emoji's (and can easily copy/paste them to use in my guides) and it provides a breakdown of the variations you might find across different systems (link).
Thank you Greg, appreciate the help!
This was SUCH a fun idea - the search icon. Thanks, Greg!
