Activate a Guide based on time spent in the platform

Hi there, wondering if it's possible to activate a guide based on the time a client spends within the platform in one session. We know that clients are spending on average close to 10 minutes within the platform daily. Assuming it's one session, we'd like to show clients a survey nearing the half-way mark of their session if they've dismissed the first time the survey automatically pops up. 

 

Is there a way to do so or an alternate in order to achieve such a use case?
