In App Help Administrator for NBS

My business division will be looking for an In App Help Administrator soon -- someone who rocks at Pendo and helps us continue our success of building stellar guides upon request, custom code work, and communicating internally about Pendo analytics and use. This role is part of our Online Help and Communications team, a shared service that pulls several departments together to help provide superior customer experiences and an awesome work environment while driving innovation and pursuing opportunities for diversification and growth.
