Either/or rule capabilities in Feature Tagging?
Hi! We unexpectedly had some code on a page change, which replaced our previous code that we were using for a feature tag within Pendo. We are looking to retag the feature, and were wondering if there was capabilities with implementing "either/or" rules in feature tagging? If we update the rules on a feature, would the feature lose all previous clicks? The code changed on this page May 2022, and the feature was tagged February 2022. We are trying to avoid losing the Feb - May data, while pulling the new data.

Hey Lauren Yoon - In this scenario, you should just be able to add the new rule as a second rule to the Feature Tag. All events that match either Rule 1 or Rule 2 will be captured by the Feature Tag at that point.
The one risk with this is if the original rule now applies to a different element on a given page. This could cause the collection of unintended feature clicks. In this case, the best bet is to name the Feature to indicate the date marker of when the data is no longer appropriate. Unfortunately, there is no current functionality that allows you to apply a date filter for a specific Tag rule.
