Setting up Knowledge Base integration with translation

Hi, I have set up a Pendo - HelpDocs integration and currently is able to have it displayed on my Resource Center. I want to allow the Knowledge Base displayed on RC to also include Spanish (ES) language content, but somehow those contents are not searchable in my RC module.

Is there a particular setup I should be aware of to make this possible? I have activated the localization on my Pendo account, added Spanish and have also added an XLIFF file to translate the RC (which is working fine).

Anyone have managed to achieve something similar?

  • I have managed to set this up. This can be achieved as long as:

    • The target Resource Center has set up the translated language content
    • Agent settings have been set with the targeted language
    • When testing, ensure the RC is displayed with the targeted language
