'Scheduled' is a special state that can be set once the Start Time has been configured. So the short answer is it is neither 'Staged' nor 'Draft'. You can, however, move a guide into the 'Scheduled' state from either 'Staged' or 'Draft' once the schedule has been configured.
If the guide is set to 'Public', then the Expiration Date will be the scheduled date that will take effect. The "Start Date" would be irrelevant at that point because the guide has already been made 'Public'.

Hi there. What if the guide status is set to Public? Will the scheduling still work as intended?
