Spanish Tagging

Our Mobile app is available in both English and Spanish through a setting in the app. I am wondering if we need to tag the Spanish version separately from the English tagged versions. We are using the codeless + track events version and using mainly accessibility text to tag features. 

We have a large user base in Spanish so want to make sure everything is tagged correctly across the board. 

Secondly, if things need to be tagged separately in Spanish how will that work for our analytics? Would there be separate categories for Android - English, Android - Spanish, iOS - English, and iOS - Spanish? This would be a bit clunky, but hopefully there would be a way to combine things into one view.
