Resource Center Segmentation
We have not historically used the Resource Center as a means to house many of our guides. We are looking to test out this solution with a segment of our users. Is it possible to have the Resource Center show up within our tool only for a subset of users?
If this is not a native function, if we only post guides that are available to the subset of our users, but the Resource Guide is in Production for all users, would users still see the Resource Center Badge and it just be empty if they click on it, or would the badge not show for them?

Hi Jordan, it is possible to have the Resource Center and the guides housed within show up only for a subset of users-you can use Segments for the Resource Center. If a guide is only available to a subset of users, a user not in that subset would not see the badge (unless they were eligible to see other guides housed in the Resource Center).
Hello, I have this same question. You say it is possible, but how. I can't see any way to segment who sees the Resource Center. I can add segments for some of the contents, but how can I hide the whole Resource Center for some segments?

I spoke to the Pendo Support Team about this last week. I haven't tested this yet, but the segmentation is done at the Module level, and then, if a user doesn't have permission to any of the Modules, they won't see the Resource Center.
