How to "pin" a Mobile Guide to the bottom of the display?

Is it possible to "pin" a Mobile Guide to the bottom of the screen in a similar fashion to this? As far as I can tell, there are two display options for Mobile Guides, either full-screen or centere...

Is this supported in Mobile App Guides as well, or is this a Web Guide only feature? My mobile guides don't seem to allow me to layout elements side-by-side.
