Thanks Michael! That's exactly what we're doing. However, when a customer moves from "Trial" to "Product A," they're still being fed the badge... It's odd. Maybe I'll open a ticket.

3. Can Pendo guides trigger in a mobile browser? (NOT mobile app)

Thank you! I tried both of those and it didn't work. Strangely, my coworker was able to see the guide on her phone, but I still can't. She's on Chrome and I'm on Safari.
