Case Sensitivity
Hey all. As new Pendo users, my team is wondering how Pendo treats case sensitivity. For example, if we tag an element with this id:
"someuniqueid"
and the developers changed it to:
"SOMEUNIQUEID"
Do we have to re-tag that element and/or update it? Or does Pendo treat them as the same (no need to update)?

Hi Dave,
Correct - feature tags ARE case sensitive, this would need to be retagged in order to continue capturing data for that element.
