Seen vs. Unseen
Hi all,
I am struggling to find the answer I'm looking for with Seen vs. Unseen segmentation.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
- The first time a user lands on a certain page, I want to show a quick walk-through of that page. So, I've created a guide for a few different pages on our platform.
What I'm struggling with is the segment to make the guide work as expected. Here's what I have:
If I read this correctly, this means that the segment will be everyone who has not seen the Orders page. And, therefore, the first time they do see the Orders page, they'll be shown the guide?
Just want to make sure this is correct and that I don't have it inverted.

Yes Dan English that is correct.
Guide will be shown to only these visitors and once they have seen the guide and the page this rule will exclude them from the segment i.e this same guide will not be shown to these users again.
