Can I use an integration not listed by pendo for the help centre?

Hi,

I recently came across a post which mentions Pendo uses Zendesk for their help centre module in the resource centre.
They also provide a few more systems that people can use for their help centre in their own platforms, however, we use Jira (which is not mentioned in the list) in our application to show our knowledgebase, Would anyone know if its possible to integrate Jira in Pendo?
