How to submit a guide to a returning user?
Looking to create a pop-up "welcome back" type guide for someone who hasn't used our product in a while & remind them of some basic training or to look at the resource center for help.
Noticed that you can't create a segment w/ 'last visit' selected & make it eligible for guides. Also thought I would try using segment for time on site < x minutes, but that field is also not guide-eligible.
Any creative ideas out there?

Hi Susan - We pass across a visitor attribute indicating the date of the visitor's last login (i.e. the one before the current one) to get around that limitation.
thx, interesting idea. was hoping that I wouldn't need to involve my devs.
any idea why it's a suppressed field for guides? seems odd.
