Can Pendo guides trigger in a mobile browser? (NOT mobile app)
Background: My company is working on our customer lifecycle journey and we have created a series of guides for which we have permalinks. The permalinks are sent to users via email, but most of our users are opening their emails via their mobile phones. The link takes them to the mobile browser version of our application, but the guides don't trigger. Help please!

Hey Amy,
I have two hypothesis:
1. Your guide is set to Desktop & tablets only under Activation Settings. Creating a mobile-only version of the guide may help solve your problem.
2. Your guide might be relying on an element that doesn't exist on your mobile experience.
Thank you! I tried both of those and it didn't work. Strangely, my coworker was able to see the guide on her phone, but I still can't. She's on Chrome and I'm on Safari.
