Who can view the guide notification
When a guide is posted as public, who can view the guide exactly ? Is it based on who has access to application (page location) or segment linked to guide (Only few eligible visitors based on segment rules) ?

Hi Swetha, it would be both... the user must be on the page that the guide is associated with, and must meet the criteria as specified in the segment. There are a few other considerations like localisation, whether they have a popup blocker, etc. on top of that as well.
