Setting up anniversary guide
I'm looking to set up an anniversary guide when customers hit their 1 year mark and the build out subsequent guides for the following years but I am not sure how to do that in the segmentation. Any help is appreciated.

Kirstie Chan Only thing I could think of is to use data mapping ( https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360038273392-Data-mapping-and-data-types-in-Pendo ) (See the "Date" section). Use this to pull over an account creation date from your product or integration, and then get creative with the filters. Can set the segment to be something like "creation date not within last 360 days"
You could create various segments...365 days, 730 days, 1,095 days, etc.
