When clicked, the Resource Center Badge Does not open the Resource Center
I built a recourse center designed to activate when the badge was hovered over or clicked. Inside the RC there are two modules, announcements (which when clicking the "learn more" text leads you to our product release notes) and a "knowledge base" option which leads you to our knowledge base when clicked. I tested it in staging and it worked. I had another team test it and it worked.
When I push it to production, if you hover over the resource badge is nothing happens. If you click it, it activates the URL that leads to our external knowledge base.
Has anyone ever seen this before? I am open to suggestions.

I'd check your segments in production and have your console open the next time you try it, to see what's going on. I've had something similar happen and it was because of some javascript in a custom code module, and that module was the only one I was segmented to but I didn't remember that.

Macelo Costa In our case, it turned out to be the badge which activates Resource Center had 2 children → Announcements and Knowledge Base (link)
The problem was that if Badge has only one child and it is a Knowledge Base link, it will open automatically. The Announcements module was not available in Production as this module haven’t been updated to Public status yet. Changing each Announcement status form Staging to Public allowed them to become available in Production environment. Once Resource center had 2 children, Announcement and Knowledge base, it worked as expected.
