Hide a Guide once any user at account has submitted survey
I'm trying to gather volunteers from our customers, but I only need one user per account to submit a response. How can I hide a Guide for an account once a user at that account has submitted the survey?

We haven't figured out a fool-proof way around this either, so here are things we tried:
1. Check for responses every day and exclude accounts who have responded from the remaining segment.
2. Only accept the first response at any account.
3. Include text that "only one person at your school/account should complete this survey" with a button option to indicate "I'm not that person".
