Activating two banners on the same page
I need to display two banners on the same page. The first banner is targeted at a specific group of users, identified via a CSV file, to notify them of a change. The second banner is an announcement for all users about an upcoming holiday. Both banners are set to display automatically and include a badge so users can review them multiple times. Since Pendo only allows one guide per page, does anyone have recommendations on how to handle this situation?

Two guides cannot be activated at the same time. If you're using the Resource Center, you could have an announcement guide for the product change with the CSV file, then a banner for the holiday to all users.
Since they cannot display on-screen at the same time but badges can, perhaps the one for the smaller group of users has a different badge style to draw more attention to it while the holiday banner is automatically activated for all. Also be sure to look at your guide ordering and throttling if you use it so the messages display in the correct order.
