Guide activation

Hi everyone,

I have an iOS guide that is supposed to play automatically when a user accesses the page. While it works perfectly in some instances, in others, it only triggers on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions for a solution?
