Segment Rules - expanded view

As a Segment creator, I'd like to more easily view the rules of each segment so I can more easily identify overlaps. 

In the Segments landing page, the default chart displays various columns, one of which is Rules. The column displays a single rule and if more are attached to the segment, it displays a +#. This requires a user to click into each individual segment to view the full rules. 

Question: Is there a way to expand the Rules column to display all rules in the landing page view (without having to click into each segment for detail)? OR, is there any option to have these rules expanded when a user exports the list?
