Can anyone explain how the guide 'delivery frequency' works?
We are wanting to create a guide that asks a user to review their contact information on a yearly basis. If we set the delivery frequency for 365 days does that mean that it will appear for a user in 365 days from when they last viewed/actioned the guide?

Yes, the repeat interval starts when the visitor sees the guide. See details in this support article.
