Working on guide modifications after going to production
We use guides for various customers in our product. Unfortunately, if a guide needs a change we cannot just "move it back to staging, make the change, promote back to prod". I know we *should* be able to do that but there are just a lot of steps in the chain.
Now, Pendo will only show 1 guide at a time. Given that the guide with modifications in staging has the same segment and page tagging that the guide in prod has, is there a way to determine which guide will display in staging?
It feels like the only way to match our use case is to find some sort of metadata that could be part of the segments, but that doesn't seem very feasible since it's a single codebase deployment and would rather not be trying to compare domains.

By saying 1 guide at a time, do you mean based on throttling or do you mean some other limitation? If you're wanting the modified guide in staging to take precedence in staging and it's an automatically activated guide, update the guide order on the Ordering tab to always have the staged version ahead of the public version.
