Are you tracking it as a feature click, a track event, or something else? I'd check your tagging rules and ensure you're not in an account or in as a visitor on an exclude list? Data also pulls in at the top of each hour if I'm not mistaken.
Actually I saw that my free limit of 5000 events was exhausted, hece my new events were not getting locked. Can you pls help me deleting some of the old unused events in bulk.
