Data Discrepancy: Activity is seen on the dashboards (use of functionalities and use of page) but when i go download the full report on user metrics they are on Zero.

I'm encountering what i think could be a data inconsistency and was wondering if anyone has seen this before. I have a segment in a account of 7 users. The application report correctly shows that these users had activity on the platform. However, when I look up the details for these exact same 7 users, all of their core metrics (like "Page Time" and "Active Days") are showing as "0". It seems contradictory that the platform logs activity in the application but doesn't log any active days or time for the same session. I've double-checked that my date range filters are aligned for both reports. Am I missing something, or could this be a data latency issue?
Any insights would be appreciated.

Dificult to say 100% without looking at it but this could be a segment definition mismatch between your reports. The Application report shows activity for users who match your segment criteria, but when you download the User Metrics report, those 7 users may have zero activity during the selected date range even though they're part of the segment. happy to have a closer look if you want.
