Resource Notifications not Notifying
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with our Resource Center. Some customers mentioned they’re not seeing recent announcements, and when I logged in as a customer, the button didn’t work at all.
I’ve already checked our segments and pushed updates to Production, and we haven’t made any changes recently.
Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on what to check next?

There are several reasons why this can happen; check if the Resource Centre module itself is activating properly for those users. Also, verify that the announcements are actually published and not stuck in draft, and that their activation rules match the segment you're testing with. For the RC button not working, I am afraid that some testing might be needed to find the cause. One quick tip is to remove any ad blockers from your browser and see if this helps, as ad blockers seriously interfere with Pendo. I hope that helps
yeah I would validate your segment rules against your metadata in your session and also look for console errors when you try to interact with the Resource Center!
