Badge is not displayed

  Hi Adi,

  Thanks for your post and sharing with the Community! When creating a guide, you can check for the following two areas when a badge doesn't appear:

  • Badge location OR
  • Activation in the Guide Settings

  Check in the guide settings if the badge could be set either to show only once or to only appear on element hover. I'd also check to confirm if the location of Step 1 could be set improperly (wrong CSS selector or a page mismatch). (See these screenshots below)

  

  Lastly check to see if the segmentation for the guide is set correctly.
