It all seems like the installation has been configured, but we cannot setup guides, themes, more do anything else in Pendo. Any help is highly appreciated!
Some common reasons we see that error can be because:
the subscription you are logged into in app.pendo.io does not match the URL you are trying to launch the designer in. (Try switching to the correct sub or use the right URL)
Can you try using another browser like Chrome (not Safari)?
