How can I get a guide which depends on clicking an element (which opens a side panel) to start from the resource center, if that element has not been clicked?

Hey Jackie,
You'll likely need to add an additional step to your guide to start sitewide and it directs the user to the clicking on the element which opens a side panel. (As opposed to just starting from the side panel).
