Resource Center - Onboarding Guides not appearing
I created several guides for onboarding. One launches for first use, the other I've planned for page-specific, appearing in the Resource Center.
When I created a Guide List module, things work as expected. For my two sitewide guides, they can be seen always in the Resource Center, and the page-specific ones only appear on those pages.
But these are onboarding guides, and I would like the user to see if they've gone through them before. When I try to use the Onboarding module, none of them are appearing anywhere.
I keep pulling them in and out of staging, and I keep doing the same to the Resource Center, and nothing seems to be making them appear.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Jonathan,
Are the onboarding guides segmented to a certain group? Off the top of my head, I've seen onboarding guides targeted towards users whose "First Visit" was within the last 30 days, so it might not work if you're testing in your own account.

They're all for everyone. One of the sitewide is a one-time appearance, then I was hoping they could call it up again from the Resource Center. But since none of the rest of them are, I'm not sure what's up.
Hmm, if these are the same guides & they DO show up in the Guide List Module, but NOT the Onboarding Module... is there any segmentation on your onboarding module? I did a quick test on my side and things are working as expected, if there isn't any additional segmentation then I'd recommend reaching out to support@pendo.io for help.

Yeah, I've been careful to make sure there is no segmentation for now. I'll reach out to support. That tends to be a daily activity for me with these bugs. *sigh*
