Privacy and user input
Hi,
I'm new at Pendo. Someone told me that due to privacy issues Pendo does not allow us to view user input (for example - what users entered in a search field) at all.
Is this true (Looks to me that it should allow us to view user input as long as it's not connected to a specific user).

Hi Ayelet and welcome to the wonderful world of Pendo! You're correct that by default, we don't collect things like values entered into search fields. Take a look at these pages for a bit more on what we do collect by default:
If you are looking to capture search terms and the like, I'd suggest you take a look into Click Event Properties. This is a really cool feature that can enable you to collect that type of information.
