Normal guide interactions
Does anyone have any insight into what successful guide metrics look like - specifically clicks on guide elements? Our guides seem to vary 5-15% with actual guide clicks, but I come from another company that averaged around 30% with guide clicks with similar segment sizes.

Hi, Hayley - as you've noticed it can vary from company to company. We like to measure our guide effectiveness through conversion rates. For example, did this guide lead to the behavior we wanted to drive (vs. simply looking at guide views. If you're not seeing the guide views/clicks you'd expect, check your segment and activation and see if there needs to be some tweaks in the content or messaging to drive higher engagement!
