Features not loading for page, even though the page is tracked correctly

I have installed pendo and validated the install using `pendo.validateInstall()` and can see that page visits are being recorded correctly. Note I am using anonymous users and have that enabled in pendo for the subscription.

If I load the designer on the page I can see the features correctly when navigating around the page. The problem is that no features are being tracked or loaded when not using the designer. I have validated the CSS selector for the event which lead me to look at what pendo is sending. I can see that for the features it is returning null.

I have compared this to a working page in sub-production and there it correctly returns the features as I would expect.

Is there something required to get the features to appear?

Hey Benjamin, I can't quite tell from this, but what it sounds like to me is that you are not seeing any data in the Pendo UI for some or all of your tagged features, correct?
- Is it any and all features? Or just a handful?
- Have you tried using the Pendo debugger and clicking around to see if events appear on click in the Event Monitoring section? Instructions on how to load it are here. Note, in my experience I have seen Pendo purposely drop these events from tracking when the debugger is open (and the in-app designer), so I would not expect to see events back in the Pendo UI from these interactions.
- Can you give an example or two of the CSS selectors you're using for these features?
By the way, pendo.features is returned on guide.js call for a page that has a feature defined on it, so I don't think that is relevant to your issue if that helps
