Targeting Emails in a segment
Hi,
I have a list of emails that I'd like to segment and target a guide to. I can't target the domain because that segment would be too broad (there are hundreds of emails within the domain and I'd only like to target a few within the list). Is there a way that I can specifically target/segment a few email addresses?
If it's through account IDs, is there a way I can look up all of these account IDs from a list of emails?

If you are using Email Address for your Visitor ID, then you can simply create a Segment based on uploading the CSV for Visitor IDs. Unfortunately, this only works for Visitor IDs or Account IDs, so your list does need to be one of those values.
If you have Email Address as a metadata field alongside another Visitor ID, then you might produce a Visitor Report showing your Visitor IDs and Email Addresses, then download the report, cross-reference against your desired list of Email Addresses, remove all non-desired rows, and, finally, remove the Email address column. The resulting table should provide you with a CSV list of your desired Visitor IDs which you can then upload to Pendo as a Segment.
If you do not have Email Address as a metadata field, then the above could still work. But you would need to pull a similar data set from where ever you might join those two data elements external to Pendo.
You mention using Account IDs. If you happen to know appropriate Account IDs rather than Email Addresses, then you can certainly load those as a segment as well.
