Monitor journey results

Journey-level reporting allows you to track how users are engaging with messages and also associate that engagement with desired product behavior. You can monitor the results of your journey in the Metrics tab.

Select a time period for viewing journey metrics.

Top stats provides the following information:

  • Entered journey. Number of visitors who started the journey.
  • Engaged with journey. Percentage of those eligible visitors who viewed any of the journey guides.
  • Achieved goal after engaging with journey. Percentage of eligible visitors who achieved the journey goal after viewing any of the guides.

The Journey breakdown table breaks down the information for each message. It shows the total number of visitors who received the message, how many opened an email message or viewed a guide, how many interacted with the journey goal, the progress of the visitors across the entire journey and when the visitor achieved the goal.
