Pendo shows visual indicators of usage trends throughout the app. These trend indicators appear alongside key metrics to help you understand how user behavior is changing over time.
This article explains where trend indicators appear, what they show, and how to interpret them.
What trend indicators show
Trend indicators compare current performance to a previous data point or timeframe. They appear as visual indicators, called deltas, (percentage or whole number) and are color-coded to indicate increases or decreases.
These comparisons help you:
- Monitor adoption of new Pages or Features.
- Identify usage drops potentially worth investigating.
- Compare performance across segments or apps.
